If your salary is received through the Bank, a consumer loan is provided:
Up to AMD 10,000,000
Up to 60 months
Annual interest rate*: 1 percentage point lower than the rate offered by the Bank
Loans are provided without a commission

Annual interest rate (AMD): 20.1 - 21.6%
Effective interest rate: 22.04-23.85%
Mortgage Loans
Preferential terms apply to mortgage loans for the purchase and renovation of real estate if your salary is received through the Bank.
