Identity document,
A copy of the document prescribed by law containing the Social service number, or the original certificate issued by the authority maintaining the state register confirming the receipt or non-receipt of a Social service number,

The card PIN code is provided in the option selected by the cardholder when ordering the card:
In paper form, in which case the PIN code is provided in a sealed envelope,
via SMS message, in which case a one-time six-digit code is sent to the phone number registered with the Bank for receiving SMS messages; it is used to set a new PIN code via an ATM.
Cards are reissued until the 10th business day of the last month of the card's validity period.
The decision to reissue the card is made by the Bank, taking into account the volume of transactions made with the card, payments of the card servicing fee, and the funds available in the account, and for cards with a credit line - also the number of days overdue.
The card is closed within three business days after all previously performed transactions are posted to the card account, provided that the account balance is sufficient to post the transactions and to collect the fees provided by the Bank's tariffs.
The card can be closed only after all monetary obligations have been fulfilled.
If, when submitting an application to suspend the card, the cardholder does not return the card to the Bank, the cardholder bears full financial responsibility for transactions that do not require authorization (verification of transaction eligibility) made after the suspension and until the card's expiration date:
The card is retained by ATMs if:
after a cash withdrawal/balance inquiry transaction, the customer did not take their card from the ATM,
the ATM connection failed, or another technical malfunction occurred.
If the Bank's cards are retained, the card is returned to the customer by the branch that retained it if the customer visits the Bank within 3 business days with an identity document, unless the customer wishes to receive the card from another branch.
If a card of another Armenian bank is retained, the card is returned to the customer if the customer comes to the Bank within 3 business days with an identity document. If the cardholder does not appear, the card is transferred to the issuing bank in accordance with the Bank's current procedure.
If a card of a foreign bank is retained, the card is returned to the cardholder if the cardholder visits the Bank within 1 business day with an identity document. If the cardholder does not appear, the card is transferred to the issuing bank in accordance with the Bank's current procedure.
The card can be unblocked only if the Cardholder confirms verbally or in writing that the given transactions were performed by them.
The Bank may unilaterally block the Card in the event of overdue obligations on the credit provided by the Card or other loans at the Bank - until the first business day following the date the overdue obligations are repaid, as well as in other cases provided for by the Agreement or the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
The Bank may block the Cardholder's Card without notifying the Cardholder if there is a risk of fraudulent transactions being carried out using the Card.
The Cardholder has the right to dispute a transaction performed with their Card within 55 (fifty-five) calendar days from the transaction date.
The Bank provides the Cardholder with a substantiated response within a maximum of 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of submission of the application.
If the transaction disputed by the Cardholder is a cash withdrawal transaction, it is subject to satisfaction by the Bank only if the bank servicing the given ATM or cash dispensing point confirms the fact of non-dispensing of cash.
If the transaction disputed by the Cardholder is a payment transaction, an online payment transaction, or a payment transaction using the Card data, it is subject to satisfaction by the Bank if, within the dispute process provided for by the Payment System's rules, the Bank retrieves the amount of the disputed transaction from the acquiring bank.
If, within the dispute process provided for by the rules of the payment system servicing the Card, the Bank decides not to continue the dispute process, but the Cardholder wishes to proceed to the final stage of the dispute process, the Payment System's arbitration committee, then the fees set for applying to the arbitration committee, as well as the Bank's costs in case the Payment System rules in favor of the other party, are reimbursed by the Cardholder.
The Bank bears no liability:
for delayed, erroneous or unperformed transactions caused by the fault of merchants/service points or payment system, or for technical reasons beyond the Bank's reasonable control,
for failures of cash withdrawal or payment transactions carried out by means not belonging to the Bank, if the Bank was not at fault in the obstacle.
for illegal transactions carried out using the Card or Card data, if this was not the result of the Bank's failure to fulfill its obligations under the Agreement.
for transactions carried out using the PIN code with a microprocessor (chip) card, if this was not the result of the Bank's failure to fulfill its obligations under the Agreement.
for transactions carried out via the internet, if this was not the result of the Bank's failure to fulfill its obligations under the Agreement.
for transactions performed in violation of the security rules set out in the Agreement.
for disputes arising between the Cardholder and merchants/service points.
for the disclosure of the account, PIN code, card number, password and other card-related information to third parties for reasons beyond the Bank's control:
Each month, the Bank informs the Cardholder about the transactions made with the Card during the previous month by providing a statement from the card account:
In case of failure to fulfill obligations or improper fulfillment, information about the Cardholder will be provided to the credit register of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia and to the ACRA credit bureau in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia and the Bank's internal legal acts.
