ACCOUNT INSURANCE

The service can be used by the bank’s customers who have the acba digital internet banking system and wish to activate the service. If activated, all accounts the customer holds with Acba bank are insured, regardless of their quantity.

• Telephone fraud - obtaining banking details by a fraudster through social engineering (including phishing) and carrying out financial transactions using those details.
• Theft of card or personal data - theft of card or personal data as a result of connecting to public wi-fi networks or downloading malicious software, which may lead to financial loss.
• Unauthorized access to internet banking - theft of personal and/or banking data resulting from unauthorized access to internet banking services, which leads to financial loss.
• Payment on a duplicate (fake) website - payments made on duplicate or fake websites, which may result in the theft of card data or financial loss.
• Extortion and threats - demands for the transfer of funds through extortion and/or threats.
