Visa Digital Card is a digital card of Visa International payment system, with which it is possible to perform all types of card transactions, with the only difference that the card is in your Acba digital internet banking system.

How to obtain the card?
The card can be ordered only through acba digital.
How long does it take to obtain the card?
The card ordering process takes from 30 minutes up to a maximum of 1 business day.
*Card orders placed after 22:00 will become available the next morning.
What actions are required to order the card?
To order the card, select the “New Visa Digital card” option in the “New card order” window under the “Cards” section of acba digital. After completing the required information, the card order request will be submitted to the Bank. Once the Bank automatically approves the order and the customer activates the card, the card details will become available in the “Cards” section.

The card is not subject to replacement.
The card is closed within three business days after all previously performed card transactions have been processed in the card account, provided that the account balance is sufficient to process the card transactions and charge the commission fees stipulated by the Bank's tariffs.
Card closure may be carried out only after all monetary obligations have been fully settled.
The Bank may unilaterally block the card without notifying the Cardholder if there is a risk of fraudulent transactions being carried out with the card.
The card may be unblocked only if the Cardholder verbally or in written form confirms that the transactions were performed by him/her.
During the term of the Agreement, statements of the deposit account and other information subject to mandatory disclosure under the RA legislation are provided free of charge. Statements not subject to mandatory disclosure under the RA legislation, duplicate statements, as well as statements submitted to foreign embassies and visa centers, are provided as follows:

The Cardholder has the right to dispute a transaction carried out with the Card within 55 (fifty-five) calendar days from the date of the transaction.

The Bank provides the Cardholder with a reasoned response within a maximum of 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of submission of the application.
If the transaction disputed by the Cardholder is a payment transaction, an internet payment transaction, or a payment transaction performed by presenting the card details, it shall be subject to settlement by the Bank provided that, within the framework of the dispute process stipulated by the rules of the payment system, the Bank recovers the disputed transaction amount from the servicing bank.
If, within the framework of the dispute process stipulated by the rules of the payment system servicing the Card, the Bank decides not to continue the dispute process, but the Cardholder wishes to proceed to the final stage of the dispute process by applying to the arbitration committee of the relevant payment system, the fees established for applying to the arbitration committee, as well as the expenses incurred by the Bank in the event the payment system renders a decision in favor of the other party, shall be reimbursed by the Cardholder.
The bank is not liable for:
a) delayed, incorrect, or unexecuted transactions caused by faults of merchants and service providers or the payment system, or by technical reasons beyond the Bank’s reasonable control,
b) failure of payment transactions carried out using funds not belonging to the Bank, provided that the Bank is not at fault for such failure,
c) unlawful transactions carried out using the Card or the Card details, unless such transactions result from the Bank’s failure to perform its obligations under the Agreement,
d) transactions carried out via the internet, unless such transactions result from the Bank’s failure to perform its obligations under the Agreement,
e) transactions carried out in violation of the security rules specified in the Agreement,
f) disputes arising between the Cardholder and merchants and service providers.
Each month, the Bank informs the Cardholder of the transactions carried out with the Card during the previous month by providing a statement of the card account.
In case of failure to fulfill or improper fulfillment of obligations, information related to the Cardholder shall be provided to the Credit Register of the RA Central Bank and to the ACRA credit bureau, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia and the Bank’s internal legal acts.
