The card is not subject to reissue.
The card will be closed within three business days upon processing of all transactions, performed with the card previously, provided that the account balance is sufficient to process the card transactions and to charge the Bank tariffs.
The card can be closed only after fulfilling all the monetary obligations.
The Bank may unilaterally block the Card of the Cardholder without notifying the latter, if there is a threat of performing an illegal transaction with the Card.
The Card may be unblocked only if the Cardholder confirms, orally or in writing, that the transactions have been completed.
The Cardholder has the right to appeal the operation performed with their Card, within 55 (fifty-five) calendar days after its performance.
The Bank shall provide a valid response to the Cardholder within 90 (ninety) calendar days after the date of submission of the application:
If the transaction, appealed by the Cardholder is a payment transaction, internet payment transaction or a payment transaction with the Card data, it is subject to satisfaction by the Bank, if the Bank receives the amount of the transaction back from the bank, serving the appealed transaction amount, envisaged by the rules of the Payment System under appeal process.
If the Bank decides not to proceed with the appeal process by the rules of the Payment System under appeal process, but the Cardholder wishes to apply to the final stage of the appeal process, to apply to the Payment System Arbitration Committee, then the commission fees to apply to the Arbitration Committee, as well as the costs of the Bank in case of the decision of the Arbitration Committee in favour of the other party, shall be reimbursed by the Cardholder.
The Bank is not responsible for:
a) delayed, incorrect or non-executed transactions, due to the fault of trade and service points or the Payment System or due to technical reasons that were beyond the Bank's reasonable control;
b) failure to make cash withdrawal or payment transactions with funds not belonging to the Bank, if the Bank had no fault in the failure;
c) illegal transactions, carried out with Card or Card data, unless this is a consequence of the Bank's failure to perform its obligations under the Agreement;
d) online transactions, unless this is a consequence of the Bank's failure to perform its obligations under the Agreement;
e) transactions that have been performed in breach of the security rules, set out in the Agreement;
f) disputes between a cardholder and trade and service points.
Each month, the Bank informs the Cardholder about the Card transactions during the previous month, providing them with the card account statement.
In case of non-performance or improper performance of liabilities, the information on the Cardholder will be provided to the Credit Registry of the Central Bank of Armenia and ACRA Credit Bureau by the procedure defined by the RA legislation and the Bank's internal legal acts.
