In case the email you sent and the documents attached to it are incomplete or missing, you will be informed about this by a reply email within a maximum of 10 business days, and if the documents are complete, you will be informed that your claim is being processed.
• In the event of a medical incident, the Bank’s call center will help you contact the Russian-language 24/7 service center of the international company “International SOS,” where you will receive the necessary medical consultation.

The Roadside assistance service provides the service of evacuation of a broken-down car on the territory of the Republic of Armenia at the order of the Cardholder.

• The American Express® Gold Card will be issued to you with the option of a credit line of at least AMD 1,000,000 and at most AMD 18,000,000.
• For each payment transaction made with credit funds, you will be given an interest-free period of up to 50 days, during which no interest is calculated for the amount used. Starting from the 21st day of the month following the completed payment transaction, interest will be calculated only on the amount used and outstanding at that time.

• The availability of a credit line does not prevent you from having your own funds on the American Express® Gold Card as a positive balance and using them freely.
