In case of incomplete or missing documents in the letter you sent and the documents attached to it, you will be notified about this by a reply letter within a maximum of 10 business days, and if the documents are complete, you will be notified about the processing of your application. In case of a medical accident, the Bank's call center will help you contact the Russian-speaking 24-hour service center of the "International SOS" company, from where you will receive the medical advice you need.

The Roadside Assistance service allows the provision of a towing service at the request of the Cardmembers for a passenger car breakdown within the territory of the Republic of Armenia.
