Make cashless payments with your ArCa card and get cashback

Starting from January 1, 2026, within the framework of the project implemented by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia and "Armenian Card" CJSC, a cashback of 2% of the total amount of payments made by individuals using ArCa cards will be provided for non-cash payments.
Payment transactions made with all ArCa payment cards (except ArCa Business cards) will be taken as the basis for calculating the cashback, except for those mentioned below.
Payments made for information, communication and utility services,
Payments made in favor of the state and community budgets of the Republic of Armenia,
Transactions made at high-risk points of sale, including:
Any payments and transactions charged to financial institutions for services offered by financial organizations,
Returns, refunds and chargebacks received. In addition, previously paid refunds for transactions underlying returns, refunds and chargebacks will be deducted from the refunds to be paid during the current month.
Refund amount and limits
In addition, from January 1, 2026, in case of non-cash transactions made with the ArCa Pension card at POS terminals, pensioners and beneficiaries will also be provided with a refund of up to 20%, maximum 10,000 AMD, instead of the previously applicable 12%, maximum 6,000 AMD.
Refund transfer
The refund is transferred to the beneficiary's account by the 25th day of the month following the reporting month.
In the event that the beneficiary makes transactions with more than one ArCa payment card, the refund will be transferred to the bank account with which the last transaction that is the basis for the refund was made.
