If the submitted email or attached documents are incomplete or missing, you will be informed by reply email within up to 10 business days. If the documents are complete, you will be notified that your request is being processed.
The Road Assistance service provides towing of a disabled passenger vehicle within the city of Yerevan at the request of the Cardmember.
When driving in Yerevan, you can feel more secure, as you have the opportunity to order a towing service free of charge up to 2 times per year to a destination of your choice in case of a vehicle breakdown.

Each time an Attached Card Cardmember makes a transaction, the accumulated MR points are credited to you.
The American Express® Blue Card will be issued with a credit line ranging from AMD 180,000 to AMD 2,500,000.
For each payment transaction made using credit funds, you will be granted an interest-free period of up to 50 days, during which no interest is charged on the amount used. Starting from the 21st day of the month following the payment transaction, interest will be calculated only on the amount used and outstanding as of that date.
The availability of a credit line does not prevent you from maintaining a positive balance of your own funds on the American Express® Blue Card and using them.
