On December 19, ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK CJSC bought from French "CREDIT AGRICOLE LEASING AND FACTORING" company 76 shares owned by the latter in the equity of ACBA LEASING CJSC. As a result ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK CJSC's share in the equity of ACBA LEASING CJSC becomes 92%.
