The Bank provides brokerage services based on an Agreement concluded with the Customer. The Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period and provides for the Customer’s right to terminate it unilaterally, provided that the Bank is notified at least 10 days in advance.
When transactions are executed in accordance with the terms specified in the Order, the CUSTOMER BEARS THE CREDIT, MARKET, AND LIQUIDITY RISKS associated with investments in securities. The Bank WILL NOT COMPENSATE the losses incurred by the Customer.
