Just seven years ago, the concept of “Dili Town” was merely an idea. Today, it has become a unique development in Armenia, a “city within a city.”
Dili Town is built around a distinctive model: the complex brings together hotel rooms, townhouses, a restaurant, a spa center, and other facilities. Each has its own owner, while the overall management and service are provided by the Dili Town team.
From the very beginning, Acba bank believed in the idea of creating a hotel based on this concept, proposed by the complex’s founder, Bakur Melkonyan, and provided the necessary financing.
“I made our first sale through a single Facebook post. We then sold another 14 townhouses. The buyers were people who believed in bringing this project to life and in the idea of owning a home in Dilijan, even without having seen the property. Acba bank was among the first to believe in this project. The bank recognized our potential and the opportunity, and stood by us from the very beginning. All the townhouses, apartments, and rooms in the hotel have individual owners. We have 96 partners here. We own only the spa center, the restaurant, and the gyms,” says Bakur Melkonyan, founder of Dili Town.
The next step is to create an international network based on the partnership model, allowing owners to invest in hotels in different countries.
