The latest discussion at the Acba Business Club focused on market competition through the lens of Harvard Business School Professor Michael Porter's Five Forces framework. The session was led by Narek Amirkhanyan, founder of the Rearrange podcast.
Through a variety of real-world examples, participants explored how the intensity of competition influences business profitability, comparing insights from the USA market with the realities of the Armenian market.
