Within the framework of FinnoWay Armenia, a financial technology conference held in Armenia, representatives of financial institutions, technology companies, and regulatory bodies discussed the importance of digitalizing tax administration and ensuring transparency in business processes.

During a panel discussion at the conference, Tigran Simonyan, Director of Digital Platforms and Technologies at Acba bank, spoke about the bank’s active involvement in the digitalization of public services.

“We are building a digital bridge between the private and public sectors. We are developing a system where the state, the private sector, and citizens all benefit. The government’s vision of fully digitalizing all public services at a certain point is extremely important. As a bank, this will allow us to offer our customers value-added services by integrating government services into a single secure and reliable platform,” noted Tigran Simonyan, Deputy CEO and Director of Digital Platforms and Technologies at Acba bank.
